During a stressful time after a bout of flu-like symptoms, I woke with the right side of my face feeling numb and slack.  I couldn’t hold water in my mouth and was terrified I’d had some kind of stroke.  My doctor looked me over, sent me for an MRI and later gave the diagnosis of Bell’s Palsy.  Unfortunately, my symptoms got progressively worse, which was especially difficult for an acting teacher and voice-over artist.  At a loss, I came to you for acupuncture.  You took time to listen to every possible thing I wanted to share, diagnose my condition and proceed with treatment.  Incredibly, in a short time there was improvement and then complete recovery.  I'm convinced the Bell’s Palsy I suffered wouldn't have gone away as quickly or at all if I hadn't come to you.  Once again, thank you!
